These terms apply to every booking or purchase (session, package or gift card) made with Massage 7e Sens, regardless of the channel used: massage75007.com, massage-liberatoire-paris.fr, Resalib, SumUp Bookings, telephone, WhatsApp or in person. Making a booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The massages offered are wellness and relaxation services. They are neither medical treatment nor psychotherapy, provide no diagnosis and do not replace advice from a healthcare professional. No sexual services are offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prices are stated in euros. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.1 Appointments are booked online (Resalib or SumUp Bookings), by telephone or via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once payment is received through the secure SumUp payment link sent when booking. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the time slot is released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.2 Release massage: the booking is confirmed upon payment of a \u20ac100 deposit. The \u20ac200 balance is paid on the day of the session, in cash or by bank card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.3 Accepted payment methods: bank card, cash (on site) and gift card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5.1 Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made as early as possible by telephone, WhatsApp, email or directly through Resalib.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5.2 If a booking is cancelled, the payment (or deposit) is retained and credited towards another session to be scheduled within six months. It is not refunded, subject to the right of withdrawal in Article 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As an exception, the payment (or deposit) is refunded in full via the original payment method within 14 days if both conditions are met: cancellation takes place on the same day as the booking, and the session was scheduled for a later date. A session booked for the same day is not eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5.3 In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the session is payable and deemed to have taken place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5.4 Late arrival reduces the session duration accordingly, without a price reduction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A package consists of sessions purchased at a preferential rate and paid in full at the time of purchase. It is valid for six months from the purchase date; unused sessions expire and are not refunded. Sessions are by appointment under the conditions of Article 5. A package is neither refundable nor exchangeable for another service without written agreement from Massage 7e Sens. It may be used by another person if prior notice is given by email. After the withdrawal period in Article 8, it cannot be cancelled, including due to relocation or a change in personal circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gift cards are valid for six months from purchase, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are issued by name but may be transferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A consumer purchasing remotely has 14 days from the order date to withdraw without giving a reason by writing to contact@massage75007.com<\/a>. If the consumer requested that services begin before the end of this period and then withdraws, they pay an amount proportionate to the sessions already provided; the remainder is refunded within 14 days. This right does not apply to purchases made on site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The client confirms that they are fit to receive a wellness massage and must disclose before the session any relevant circumstance, such as pregnancy, recent injury or ongoing treatment. The practitioner may refuse or stop a session if considered unsuitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The session process, framework and personal boundaries are established during a preliminary discussion. Nothing is undertaken without agreement. Consent is continuous: at any time, the client may request an adjustment, a pause or the complete end of the session. Release massage is reserved for women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Any inappropriate, disrespectful or sexual behaviour results in immediate termination of the session without a refund. Services are reserved for adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Collected data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All complaints must be sent to contact@massage75007.com<\/a>. If no amicable solution is reached within two months, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris \u2014 www.cm2c.net<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These terms are governed by French law.
