HypnoMassage: massage under hypnosis
HypnoMassage combines massage and hypnosis to create a deeply relaxing and soothing experience. Each session may vary according to the practitioner and your needs, but the process generally unfolds as follows:
Preparation
Before the session, the practitioner will discuss your specific needs and goals with you and ensure there are no contraindications to HypnoMassage.

Getting comfortable
You settle comfortably on the massage table, usually lying on your back, and are covered with a towel to preserve your modesty.
Hypnotic induction
The practitioner guides you into deep relaxation using hypnotic induction techniques. These may include suggestions for muscular relaxation, deep-breathing exercises and invitations to unwind mentally.
Massage
Once hypnosis has brought you into deep relaxation, the massage begins. Gentle, fluid and enveloping movements deepen this relaxed state and help release muscular tension.

Positive suggestions
During the massage, the practitioner may use positive suggestions to support you with stress, worries, tension or other specific needs. These encouraging suggestions help foster positive changes in both body and mind.
Visualisation
The practitioner may also guide you through calming, positive visualisations to reinforce the effects of relaxation.
Post-hypnosis discussion
After the session, the practitioner may discuss the sensations you experienced, the visualisations or suggestions that resonated with you, and ways to integrate the benefits into everyday life.
Choose a practitioner trained in both hypnosis and massage for a confident, supportive experience. HypnoMassage promotes deep relaxation, helps manage stress and releases physical tension. It is a wellness practice and does not replace medical advice or treatment.
