Yoni massage in Paris 7, also called release massage, combines the enveloping movements of Californian massage with an approach designed to release physical tension and emotions held in the body. This wellness practice is intended for people seeking to ease stress and bodily or emotional tension.
What distinguishes release-focused Californian massage is the use of emotional-release techniques designed to help let go of emotions held in the body. These may include breathing exercises, visualisation and rhythmic movements to help release emotional tension.
Beyond relaxation, Yoni release massage invites you to slow down, become more aware of your sensations and reconnect with your body. The session is tailored to your expectations, comfort and boundaries within a clear, confidential and respectful setting.

Breathing
The practitioner may encourage you to adjust your breathing during the massage, helping release tension and deepen body awareness.
Californian massage techniques
The session begins with the slow, fluid and enveloping movements of Californian massage to relax the whole body and create a state of deep relaxation.
Identifying areas of tension
Through touch, the practitioner then identifies areas where the body is holding tension. Only with your explicit consent, the approach to the Yoni proceeds gradually through slow, gentle strokes.

Release massage techniques
After identifying areas of tension, the practitioner uses specific release-massage techniques — gentle pressure, gliding strokes and enveloping movements — always at your pace.
Strengthening self-connection
Greater body awareness, self-confidence and self-esteem; emotional release; and the development of self-love and self-acceptance.
Reconnecting with your femininity
An invitation to inhabit your body with greater gentleness, confidence and serenity.
This wellness approach may promote relaxation, body awareness and a clearer perception of your sensations. It is not a medical procedure, psychotherapy or treatment for vaginismus, anorgasmia or trauma. If pain or difficulties persist, consult a healthcare professional.
Before every session, a conversation clarifies your expectations, boundaries and consent. Each gesture is explained, and you may request a change or stop the session at any time. The practice adapts to your pace, with no requirement for full nudity or intimate touch. The session lasts over two hours and includes a welcome and discussion, a full-body massage and — only if you wish — a gradual approach to the Yoni. The session ends with time for integration. The €300 treatment takes place in a private studio at 123 rue de l’Université, Paris 7, near Les Invalides. Christophe Tessier is a wellness massage and hypnosis practitioner. His role is to create a clear, respectful and attentive setting in which you remain in control from beginning to end. Booking is online, and you are welcome to ask questions before choosing a time slot.
